| We advised the client, Centros Miller Limited on initial design and layout, land acquisitions, including the valuation of third party interests, and the promotion of a compulsory purchase order. |

| Chase & Partners assisted in negotiations with Chesterfield Borough Council on the Development Agreement and undertook detailed appraisal of the scheme. Further advice was provided on marketing as well as letting and tenant mix strategy. Subsequently Chase & Partners negotiated the preletting and final letting of the scheme and secured the forward funding of the scheme. |

| The development comprises 3 stores let to Bhs, Woolworths and Argos, and 32 unit shops as well as a 400 space multistorey car park. The scheme is situated on a difficult sloping site which development consultants to maximise the useable floorspace. |
