| The department comprises two specialist teams covering both the in town and out of town retail markets who liaise closely with their respective occupational agency colleagues. As a group they consequently have considerable knowledge about the wider investment market; who is buying, who is selling, as well as knowledge of where the best growth potential lies as a result of occupational activity. |
