Welcome to Chase Sinclair Clark (CSC) newly formed on 1st October 2022 combining the former practices of Chase and Partners and Sinclair Clark.
The newly named firm combines the strong ethics, work practices and expertise in property continuing the legacy provided by Professor Graham Chase and Vanessa Clark. The Chase and Partners team is retained with James Clark stepping up as a director.
The combined strengths of both former practices ensure an increased level of services which are listed in detail below against a now larger list of clients which span private and public sectors including -institutions, developers, private investors, local authorities, occupiers, and educational establishments.
