Between 1995 and 2006 Graham Chase acted for the developer (3 different developers during the development process) of the £100 million Palace Xchange Shopping Centre in Enfield Town covering the Development Agreement, CPO, securing agreement with landowners, assessing and valuing compensation payments for a variety of property types including light industrial, offices, public houses, leisure, night clubs and retail, under all heads of claim, letting of the scheme and securing the end investor. Instructions continued to be held on various activities until 2010.
