Chase & Partners were appointed by Saracens Rugby Club in 2010 to provide planning consultancy advice on the Club's proposal for a new Stadium at Barnet Copthall in north west London.

The proposals involve extensive refurbishment of the existing Copthall Stadium to provide a new facility capable of being used for elite athletics events and year-round training, as well as Premiership rugby matches and community sport.

Chase & Partners planning team has been responsible for the preparation, management and submission of the planning application and the co-ordination of all supporting material (including an Environmental Statement) on this sensitive site in London's Green Belt. Chase & Partners is also leading planning negotiations with the local planning authority, LB Barnet and the Greater London Authority, as well as key stakeholders.
