In 2017, Chase and Partners were instructed by Grantham Court Properties to consider the Market Rent for the 1 June 2017 rent review of 14 Old Park Lane (Casino premises) and 10 Brick Street (office building) and the potential negotiation of a reversionary lease Undertaking negotiations with the existing Tenant, London Clubs International Plc with the outstanding rent review being settled and documented which was signed by both parties.
