In 2017, Chase and Partners were instructed by Grantham Court Properties to consider the Market Rent for the 1 June 2017 rent review of 14 Old Park Lane (Casino premises) and 10 Brick Street (office building) and the potential negotiation of a reversionary lease Undertaking negotiations with the existing Tenant, London Clubs International Plc with the outstanding rent review being settled and documented which was signed by both parties. Following the rent review, Chase and Partners have been retained to advise on the strategy for the property when the lease expires on the 31st May 2022.
