264-266 Kilburn High Road, London – Arbitrator

Graham Chase was appointed by the Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator to act as the Arbitrator in respect of an MRO new lease dispute on Public House premises known as 264-266 Kilburn High Road, London. As part of the issues put to Graham, he was asked to determine the difference between an Advocate and an Expert Witness which he identified as being significant, and whether the amount of information supplied to the parties was sufficient enough in order to deal with the matters a hand. Graham considered the submissions of the advocates for both parties to the dispute and all other documents provided to him before preparing his written Reasoned Award.
