Battersea Power station regeneration project

In 2014 Graham Chase advised Wandsworth Borough Council on the viability of the retail proposals on the Battersea Power station regeneration project. My report analysed market conditions and trends, the extent of retail competition, customer catchment potential and draw, retailer demand, tenant mix assessments and compatibility, viability of the existing proposals and options for alternatives. As a consequence of the report the extent and profile of the original retail and leisure proposals were significantly amended.
