Cribbs Mall shopping centre Bristol – Expert Witness

In January 2019 Graham Chase appeared as the letting and valuation expert witness for SHB Realisations Limited as claimant in seeking relief of forfeiture of the BHS long leasehold interest from the defendants, the owners of the Cribbs Mall shopping centre Bristol in the Bristol County Court. The decision has not yet been issued.
