Exchange Moor District Centre development Exeter – Expert Witness

Recent Planning Public Inquiry appointments, with Graham Chase acting as the expert witness, on viability and commercial impact issues have included the Exchange Moor District Centre development at Exeter on behalf of CPG Developments Limited in 2015. Planning Permission was refused but subsequently granted on the failure of unviable schemes which were unable to proceed.
