In Town – Helping Hands acquisition

Chase and Partners have been retained as Helping Hands acquisition agent for the south-east of the UK since January 2016. Helping Hands are a private care provider which offer either hourly or live in care. They occupy high street retail units under an A2 use where they discuss the services they offer while having a separate training facility to train their carers. Since our initial instruction, Chase and Partners have acquired over 20 stores for Helping Hands with the most recent acquisitions being Debden, Maidstone and Hertford.
