In town: Poplar and Chrisp Street Market – London

In 2010, Graham Chase was retained by the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation to advise on their £200 million Poplar and Chrisp Street Market redevelopment project. His report and recommendations covered the areas of valuation and viability for the redevelopment of an existing Tesco food store. This included the development of a district shopping centre, with residential tower blocks and business start-up units, together with new infrastructure and public transport enhancements. Allsop LLP supported C&P LLP with appropriate expertise on the residential elements.
