Land at One-o-One Field in Flitwick – Planning Advice

Chase and Partners were instructed to provide retail planning consultancy advice in relation to the Retail Impact Assessment submitted on behalf of Aldi Stores in support of their development at the Land at One-o-One Field in Flitwick. ALDI’s proposal has come forward following a long standing requirement for a new store in Flitwick. The proposal included a foodstore together with additional retail sales area space and 144 surface level car parking spaces. The existing discount offer in Flitwick is limited with only two other stores over 1,000 sqm present in the town, Tesco’s and Waitrose.
