Meteor Retail Park was constructed in 1988 and provides 186,000 sq ft of retail accommodation with tenants including Focus, Staples, Pets At Home, DFS, Topps Tiles and McDonalds.

We have advised the landlord, Land Securities, on lease re-gearing with break clauses and relocation of existing tenants to facilitate future redevelopment of the park.

A planning application has been submitted for an extension of the park to provide a food store of 100,000 sq ft and 5 new retail units. Subject to planning permission being granted the food store and retail units will be pre-let before works are commenced on site.
