Brought in to advise CBRE Investors on asset management strategy of The Forum Shopping Park, we successfully secured Next who trade in a combination of three standard retail units totalling 17,000 sq ft. Other tenants within this 88,400 sq ft scheme include TK Maxx, HMV, Sports Direct and Game.

We advised on lease re-gears, assignments, lettings, rent reviews, signage and general management issues. Strategic advice was given on the CVAs promoted by JJB Sports in both 2009 and 2011.

As part of the focussed asset management strategy we undertake regular tenant health checks that enable us to develop suitable strategies with our client to maximise returns and reduce occupational costs. This strategy is assisted through maintaining regular contact with the local authority.
