Pier Hotel at Greenhithe – Arbitrator

Graham Chase was appointed by the Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator to act as the Arbitrator in respect of the Market Rent Only Option lease dispute on Public House premises known as the Pier Hotel at Greenhithe. He considered the relevant papers relating to the history of the case and issuing appropriate correspondence including his Order for Directions and subsequently issued an Award.
