Chase & Partners were appointed by Saracens Rugby Club in 2010 to provide planning consultancy advice on the Club’s proposal for a new Stadium at Barnet Copthall in north west London..

Chase & Partners’ Planning team successfully negotiated consent for the refurbishment of the existing Copthall Stadium in north west London to provide a new community stadium and a permanent home for Saracens Rugby Club.

The proposals involved extensive refurbishment of the site in London’s Green Belt and erection of major new spectator stand including hospitality facilities to allow for elite athletics events and year-round training, community sport as well as a new Premiership stadium capable of accommodating up to 10,000 spectators.
