Stirling: Springkerse Retail Park

Chase & Partners have been appointed by La Salle Investment Management acting on behalf of Coal Properties Pension Fund to provide planning and ‘asset development’ advice on the Springkerse Retail Park in Stirling.

This has entailed submitting representations on the emerging Local Development Plan and submitted planning applications to extend and adapt existing units to accommodate new occupiers.
