Graham Chase was appointed as the Independent Expert charged with determining the revised rental for Unit 1A, The Peel Centre in Barnsley as at the rent review date in accordance with the rent review clauses in the lease between Peel Land & Property Investment Limited and Halfords Limited. He considered expert witness reports and points of reply from both parties, establishing the facts, investigating and analysing comparable evidence and preparing his determination without reasons.
