In 2018, Graham Chase appointed by the President of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as the Arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996, charged with determining the “Review Rent” as at the rent review date of 25th March 2017 for Unit 5 Country Oak Retail Park in Crawley, in accordance with the rent review clause between Kleinwort Benson (Channel Islands) Corporate Services Limited & Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited (the original lessor) and Costa Limited (the original lessee).
