3To my appointment by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to act as an Arbitrator charged with determining the revised rental for Unit 5 the Water Gardens, Harlow, between Standard Life Assurance Limited and Esquires Coffee (UK) Limited. The parties subsequently settled the dispute by mutual agreement but after the issue of my Order for Directions Number One.
