Elliott Hart BSc (Hons) MRICS - Associate

Since graduating with a masters degree in Estate Management and Property Valuation, Elliott has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, working in the in-town retail agency department as an Associate.

Since joining the company Elliott has advised on asset management of a number of shopping centres in Redhill, Enfield and Corby as well as schemes in Poole and Chichester. Elliott has also worked closely with Arcadia in acquiring for both Topshop and Topman and is currently acting on behalf of BHS Home. Elliott has also advised on acquisitions in Central London acquiring units for a bookmaker.

Elliott is a keen footballer and enjoys watching most sports, in particular rugby supporting Saracens. Unfortunately, his fear of pigeons is still a problem, as is his support for Spurs.
