Charles Buckingham Smart BSc(Hons) MRICS - Associate

Since graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester in 2006 Charlie has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and holds the position of Associate in the Out of Town Retail department.

Charlie advises both institutional and private clients on agency and asset management and has also focused on acquiring new space for retailers. In addition, Charlie continues to provide clients with development consultancy advice including site acquisition, pre-lettings and sales.

At the weekends, Charlie enjoys fine dining, country pursuits and DIY.

Obviously Charlie’s favourite place to shop is Farlows.
