Gregory Moore BSc (Hons) FRICS - Partner

Gregory has specialised in the retail warehouse market for 25 years. He has acted for landlords, tenants and developers, advising on site acquisition, development, letting, and professional matters.

On graduating from Reading University in 1983 he worked for Clive Lewis & Partners and for Colliers Erdman Lewis, before being a founding partner of Chase & Partners in 1995.

He has advised on numerous retail park developments. Current projects include asset managing retail parks and advising on new development sites.

Gregory is married with two children. A talented cricketer, golfer,hockey and rugby player in his youth, Gregory keeps an eye on the sports pages during his commute and sings at many events with his church choir.
