Keith Nelson BSc (Hons) MRICS - Partner

Keith specialises in in-town retail and leisure property with particular emphasis on investment.

Keith attained a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham and commenced his professional career with J Trevor & Son in London in 1984. He then moved to Clive Lewis & Partners who then merged to form Colliers Erdman Lewis, where he became a Director, before resigning to found Chase & Partners in 1995.

Keith has a wide range of experience in agency, valuation, development, asset management and professional work in both the retail and leisure sectors. He now specialises in the investment market.

Married with two children and a dog, Keith’s main interests outside work include taxi driving for his children, supporting Arsenal, watching most sports, reading, travelling and listening to music.

Keith’s favourite shop is Townsend Butchers in Orpington.
