Ian Campbell BSc MRICS - Partner

Ian has nearly 30 years experience both with retailers and in private practice. He has dealt exclusively with rent reviews and lease renewals on high street shops, shopping centres, supermarkets and retail warehouses, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

An experienced negotiator, Ian has also dealt with a substantial number of referrals to both Independent Expert and Arbitrator on properties throughout the UK.

He receives regular appointments as both Arbitrator and Independent Expert from the RICS and via private appointments.

Married with two children, out of hours, Ian is a keen golfer and a religious follower of the turf. He also looks out for Cardiff City’s results.
