David Hodgetts MTCP (Hons) MRTPI

David has been involved in planning as both student and working professional for almost 8 years.

He graduated from the University of Manchester in 2008, gaining a Second Class Upper with Honours becoming a Master of Town and Country Planning, starting working for Chase and Partners later that year.

Since joining the company David has advised several funds, REITs, Local Authorities and individual clients on a range of projects such as asset management, retail  and commercial leisure studies and new developments. 

Out of the office, David is a keen footballer managing and running his own team. As one would expect living in London David is a keen Manchester United fan!

David’s favourite shop is John Lewis.
