Tom Graham BSc (Hons) MRTPI - Tom Graham

Tom joined Chase and Partners as an Associate in the Summer of 2010. He has over ten years commercial Town Planning experience advising blue-chip clients, developers, businesses and the public sector on a wide spectrum of planning and development matters.

Tom has a wealth of experience on leading large scale, mixed use developments, in particular town and city centre regeneration projects.

He has significant retail experience, advising both food and non-food operators on a range of retail developments including Tesco Stores Ltd, British Land and Land Securities.

Tom is a keen footballer, coaching a local junior football club in his spare time. He is a former Manchester United season ticket holder.

Tom’s favourite shop is Uniqlo.
