Agreeing Heads of Terms with Middlesex University to take a lease for 30 years on an FRI basis for Allianz Park West Stand at a rent calculated on the Net Internal Area. Following the letting, Graham Chase advise Saracen Plc on financing the income strip and have subsequently been retained as part of the team to continue the regeneration of the Copthall Stadium and surrounding area.
